The wrong item was received.

Customers must notify Fabreco of any issues with their order within 7 days for the Fabresheets and Fabrebeds after receiving the product. Requests for refunds made after this period may not be accepted.

 

4. Return Process

To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer service team at purchase@officialfabreco.com. Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting evidence such as images if applicable.

 

5. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your refund request, we will inspect the product and assess its eligibility for a refund. If approved, we will process the refund within seven days business days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is not available, an alternative method may be used.

 

7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, Fabreco will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
